Just a Simple Day

It was a windy day when the man crossed the road and went into the bus station. The lights were dim as he walked through the door. Not much brighter than outside. The smell was moist kind of like mist. As he kept walking into the building he noticed a chandelier from the middle of the very high ceilings. Although though the chandelier was very beautiful it did not give of any light. The bus station was not that busy there was just a young couple very close together saying their goodbyes. There was an older man up at the ticket counter arguing with the guy behind the counter about something like how he was going to sue the station If he doesn’t get a discount because the tickets are way to expensive. He was going on and on so the man just took a seat near the ticket booth.
As soon as the old man was done yelling at the ticket holder he  took a seat by the gate where his bus would arrive. The tall man got up slowly and walked up to the booth. He was wearing a long brown coat and a hat to match. As soon as the man came in view of the man behind the counter he gave a smile. The man had short black hair and was kind of short. He had a name take on that read Billy-bob Joe-bob III. "Hello, Frank haven't seen you around here for a while." Billy said in surprise. "Yeah well I need a ticket for a bus to Boston." Frank replied. "Right away so how are the girls?" Billy asked while he was printing the ticket. "They're good Tori just turned 6 ." Frank said proudly. "Enjoy your trip to Boston." Billy said handing frank his ticket.
After Frank boarded the bus a couple more people jumped on. He arrived in Boston a little later that night. He got of at the second bus station. As soon as he walked out side he noticed it wasn't that windy anymore. He headed to a hotel to stay the night. He checked in around 9:30. He took his bags to his room and settled down for the night.
The next day he went to the hospital. He was in room 216. he waited and waited for awhile. I was just looking around for a little bit. Than finally she woke up. She looked around confused. "Daddy." she said in a weak low voice. "Yes. Tori I'm here." frank said in a soft loving voice. Tori was hospitalized a couple weeks ago with brain cancer. Her father Frank wanted to come say his good byes to is daughter before she passed. She did not have long to live. Every second counted. Frank spent the night at the hospital with her.
Two days later she had passed away while she was sleeping there was nothing they could do they already did every thing they could. Frank was so mortified he couldn’t believe it he sent his daughter of on a trip to her moms and two weeks later she passes away. She was only 6 years old.
Over all just be thankful for what you have while you can.
